A graduate of The Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and a member of the Chartered College of Teaching, William is a qualified specialist communication practitioner. He has developed communication friendly practices across public & private sector organizations for 18+ years. As a coach he’s helped 100’s of people to improve their communication and presentation techniques.

He was part of the team that developed the Skills Builder Framework; a step by step accessible framework now used as the training backbone for organisations such as RSA, The British Council and Barclays life skills.

As an actor his work in theatre, tv & film spans more than 25 years. As a trainer and facilitator he’s trained staff across primary, secondary, further and higher education for the past 10 years. Throughout all of this, he’s trained teams at some of the world’s leading companies including PWC, Natwest, KPMG and EY.
